Wont recognise device

I have a Samsung S6 and a Samsung smart tv, I'm trying to play spotify through the TV but the spotify app won't recognise the TV as a device?
All other apps recognise the TV as a device, I have also reinstalled the app and still nothing?

Same here, at first spotify recognized my tv and it did work, closed spotify-app on the phone (iphone 6) and tv, but now when I open spotify on the phone the tv (2015) doesn't appear as a device anymore when I open spotify...

My TV is running on tizen
