an old account

I have an old account which I don't have email access to or anything. I am a premium member on the account I have the credit card and the username of the account. It's on my old phone and i have been paying for it the last 2 months and can't use it. Please help me switch it to this account please account name is dnkward5

You should contact customer support through this link:

They'll help you out. They take, at the most, 24 hrs to get back to you.

Don't forget to check your spam folder for responses as they may end up there.

 

If you get an automated email directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to support@spotify.com and one of the customer services agents will get back to you.

I contacted them the same day and I have received nothing back

No it didn't work I never heard back from them
