Remove both Cache and Data from spotify (application manager) than uninstall spotify and reboot your device.
After this, reinstall spotify.

Did you reinstall using these steps:
- Go to System Settings
- Go to Apps/Manage Apps
- Find Spotify there
- On Spotify's page, tap "Clear Cache", if it's not greyed out
- Then tap uninstall and remove the app
- Power off your phone and remove the battery, if it is removeable. Power back on.
- With a File Manager on your phone or using a Computer and a USB cable, go to Internal Storage > Android > Data and delete the folder named com.spotify.music. Delete com.spotify.mobile.android.ui if it's present.
- Reinstall Spotify from Google Play
