cannot upgrade to premium

I go to the page where you select what type of card you will use to pay and it says 30 days free and all that. Click confirm purchase. Then it loads but the same page pops up and says sorry wrong password. I didn't even put a password in. Please help

This link brings me to the same upgrade page as the app does. Still doesn't work. Am i gonna have to do it on a computer?

Please can you try? If that fails it may be an anomoly with your account and I recommend you contact Spotify Support using the form here.

You will get an automated reply at first, however if you need to chase them just reply to the email as it does get monitored.
