disable shuffle

when I first pull up a playlist, and tap it it won't play until I then hit shuffle. of course then it plays another song found that album a playlist vs the one I tapped. wow that song is playing I cannot replace it and listen to another song unless I just skipped Ford then it goes to the next song on that playlist. So when a song is playing how can i in the middle of the song switch to another random song not necessarily on that album or that playlist

If you are not paying for Spotify Premium you can only shuffle play playlist and artist pages. The only way to disable shuffle on your smartphone and have access to any song on the spotify network is to pay for the Spotify premium. Spotify does allow you to pick a choose which songs you want to play for free if you download the desktop application.

Can you not turn it off from the now playing screen (tap on the playing track at the bottom of the screen)?
