downloaded songs are gone

I have a premium account(christmas 3month deal. I payed 99kr and got 3month for free). I downloaded folders and suddenly they became undownloaded again. What happened? Btw not having support phone call option on Spotify really puts a low rank on a big company. Shame on you guys

Have you got offline playlists on too many devices? This happened to me once when i tried to download a playlist on a sixth device. It cleared all off line playlists on all devices without any warning and downloaded on the sixth device which was now the only one
