i have a Coolpad Legacy Go Andriod phone and every song i play skips for a brief second any idea how to fix?

Thanks for reaching out in the Community!  

 

Please follow these steps:

 

  1. Remove all devices for offline listening.
  2. Do a clean reinstall as described here.  
  3. Restart device. 
  4. Log out and back in again.
