is something up with spotify??

So I just set up my ZTE avid phone from metro PCs (don't laugh, it's actually decent) and as I signed on to spotify expecting for my account info to be present as it was on my previous mobile phone, I was greeted with a blank screen, just the spotify banner on top, nothing else. Unless there's something up with the network, I have no idea why this is happening. Am I missing something? Please help...

Hi! Welcome to the community! You will need to insert a micro sd-card to your device to run the Spotify app. That should fix this issue!
