low WiFi performance despite offline playlist

My Question or Issue

Did anybody notice, that you cannot Surf fast in the Internet (also WiFi) while playing Spotify. Even If it's a offline Playlist. 

And i have 100mbit/s Download / 32mbit/s upload. (I know thats Not the real performance at my Phone at least)

The best time i "feel" slow is while browsing for Gifs or some elaborately designed Websites... Wegen i Pause Spotify it get's faster.

How could it be with an offline Playlist? 🤔
