My Question or Issue

after proceeding my software update, i finaly wanted to hear so nice music. But then i started the app and there is no icons beeing displayed. Is this an in-app resource issue or any third-party librarys who havent been loading/reaching.

Anyway this is a priority 1 (high) as this problem is persitent. Spotify is the only app who got this issue, no other apps are conflicted with this problem.

Thank you in advice and some screens are attached

Hey @hqckdone,

Thanks for getting in touch with us 🙂

Could you give these steps a go and run a clean reinstall? This one is more thorough than the usual one.

In case you're using an SD card, you can try removing the SD card, reinstall Spotify and then try running the app without the SD. Are there any changes?

Keep us in the loop! We'll be right here if you have any questions.

Hello

thanks for your quick response.

I did the following steps as described but nothing worked. I also don't use sd-card as my phone didn't have any slots.

I also did a complete re-flash of my current rom which worked like yesterday, fine. Its the first time i occur something this weird.

Did you know anything other i could try out?

Thanks in advance ^^

Greetings

Hqu 🙂

Hey @hqckdone,

Thanks for keeping us posted 🙂

In case you're using any battery optimization or power saving apps, you can deactivate them for Spotify.

We'd suggest you also try logging in to another account on the same device. That way we can check if it's an account-related issue. Are there any changes?

Let us know how it goes. If you have questions, you know where to find us.

Hi again @hqckdone

Thanks for getting back to us.

If possible, could you try logging into your account using a different device? This will help us take a better look at what's happening.

Also, let us know the Spotify version you're currently running.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Exactly same problem here.

Xiaomi Poco F2 Pro

Android 12 & MIUI 13.0.2

After the system update it occurred.

(from Android 11 & MIUI 12.x.x)

Same problem with "My Data Manager".

Reinstall & log-off and back in don't help 😕

Hi @Dji_Ronku!

When it comes to the app's interface, Spotify relies on some resources that are part of the OS itself. Since you mentioned that this occurred after an OS / MIUI update, and is affecting other apps as well, it's best to reach out to Xiaomi directly to alert them of the issue so they can have a closer look.

Hope this gets sorted out soon. Cheers!
