offline mode on android

i am having trouble with playing my playlists offline. everytime i hit available offline it say waiting for download. help plz.

Are these local files you are using to sync from your pc or Playlists of tracks steamed by Spotify? Have a read of the guide linked in my signature as it gives you some things to check

I already figured it out. Wat I did was log out of my account, and instead
of loging back in close spotify go into your settings go to applications go
into spotify clear the cache and then uninstall it go into the plays tore
install it again then it should work.
