podcast now has ads and sounds slowed down

I have Spotify premium, I'm in the United States, my device is a OnePlus 6t, I'm running Android 11.

I have already cleared storage and cache and reinstalled Spotify.

I have been listening to the podcast high rollers DnD ( https://open.spotify.com/show/38hqqX4m4eYtKZXzuI8exS?si=5MASkkwxRYCpN6XPx63XAg&utm_source=copy-link&...)

My issue is this, I finished listening to one episode and then as it went to play the next it played an ad, and after the ad the podcast itself(but not the ad that preceded it ) sounded slowed down ( changing payback speed did speed it up but it was still lowered pitch) . The ad changes when I go to play it again and they have sponsors for the podcast but not ads like this.

I tried replaying the previous episode that had just played fine and it seems affected as well. Every episode I select to play does the same thing.

It's not the ads its the episode with the ads that are bound to it. Doesn't matter which ads it's just the whole recording of the podcast with its attached ads. 

When you play the episodes there's always the ads from the country then those built in. The ones that are from the country and change are fine but the built in to the podcast are also with this slow deep voice thing.

ive also had issues with this same series of podcasts, High Rollers DnD.

Specifically noticed this happen yesterday (29 July 2021)

adverts were Purple Bricks, Mcdonalds justeat and Mcdonalds double quarter pounder

Hi everyone,

Our teams are still looking into this, but they are having difficulties recreating it.

@StevenTillson02, @aquillamacavint, @Roo6, @Whatdoeyedo - For those of you still experiencing this issue, it’s worth deleting the storage cache on your device before trying again, as this seems to have fixed the issue for some users.

In case that doesn't work for you, it'd be great if you could send over a screen recording of the entire episode that's having the issue (you can upload it on YouTube or Google Drive), so that we can investigate this further.
