Hello I apologize of this has been done before, I checked some other threads but didnt fine my exact problem listed.

Yesterday I paid for a premium account and it seems to have glitched up, whenever I open the app 80% of the time it still believes I have a free account and only after I turn my phone off/on it will briefly recognize my premium status.

I have logged in and out and re installed the app and am still suffering the same is sure, please help and thank you.

We had some reports of this yesterday but people posted back to say it was no longer an issue today. Are you still seeing this?

Yes unfortunately the problem still persists

Not to hijack the topic but this is happening to me as well. Using a Nexus 5 if it matters.
