spotify Virus through Profile?

I have a huge problem that is really making me desperate:

On all different computers I use (at home, at work in the office and in the conference room) and on my mobile phone spotify is not working anymore. On the computers I can't even open it. I tried all, deinstalling, reinstalling, even the guys from helpdesk of my company don't know what to do. At my mobile phone (Samsung Galaxy S2) I can open the programm, but I can't see any playlists or artists or songs, doesn't matter if I use wifi or not.

The fact that it now doesn't even work on the computer in the conference room of my work since I registered there with my profile shows one fact: The reason has to be my profile. For all my colleagues spotify works without any problems.

I really need help, otherwise I won't be a costumer anymore and for me as an employee in the music industry it would be terrible.
