spotify crashed and cannot reinstall

Hi! My spotify crashed.  Pop up says spotiy stopped working.  i uninstalled and re-installed already several times.  Though i am able to reinstall the app, once i open it, it says SPOTIFY STOPPED.  help pls.

Please follow the guide linked in my signature for a clean installation.

Is also worth trying workout an SD card as if it's corrupt that will cause issues. If it works without the SD then try formatting it and then another clean install.
