Hi,

I am a beta tester of android 7.0 (nougat).

The spotify app is always crushing at the start of loading

I am getting an error: "an error occurred. please download this app again from amazon appstore"

this isnt working ofcourse.

When you download apps from Amazon, Amazon usually adds their DRM code to the app. If the DRM code cannot verify your download, it displays an error message.

Did you download Spotify from the Amazon appstore? If so, grab it from Google Play instead.

Or if you have the Kindle app installed, deregister it.
