spotify premium doesn't work for me

I bought spotify premium yesterday for 30days and it doesn't work on my phone. It lags and I can't even download playlists nor can I listen to it offline. Help?

I have moved your post over to the android section. 

Have you tried a clean reinstallation of the application? Its also worth noting that Spotify will only use internal phone storage (not SD cards) unless you use the workaround which is floating around somewhere on this section. 

If that doesn't help, do you get any error messages or codes? 

I am not an android expert so forgive me if I ask anything silly!

No, it still doesn't work and the music lags when I stream it..

Are you streaming over the mobile network or using a WiFi connection?

You can change the streaming quality in the settings menu, selecting a lower quality might help you.
