unavailable songs

I cannot acces any of my music or searches even though I am connected to internet. I can play the music but I have to select shuffle to start the music. I have tried logging out and back in, I have looked at the playback settings but nothing seems to be working. This is how I access music for my showes. Please help

If you're using spotify free, you can only play music using the shuffle button. /if you have a subscription, try reinstalling spotify, following all the steps here.
