Why when im paying you for the unlimited service at £4.99 per month and have been for over two years  do i now find that my new android devices force me to accept your free service. please supply the service I am in contract with you to supply. Thank you

Do not worry. I can help you with this issue.

Spotify decided to not have Unlimited anymore.

Currently Unlimited users are downgraded for Free service. Free service is now Unlimited.

I know that service is not the same on pc, as ads re here. But otherwise it is the same on phone.

If you want real adfree option without limits, try premium.
