Spotify, change this. I’ve been perusing the forums the last few days and haven’t seen one positive thing about this interface. The fact that you’re dismissive and downright rude (I had two agents disconnect from me because I was asking about the interface) is completely unacceptable. What a terrible way to treat customers that have paid for (and such built) this platform.  I’ll be cancelling my subscription as soon as I figure out which streaming option

i prefer and I won’t be back. I’ve recommended Spotify for years. What a shame.
