Join session with myself?

Today I was listening to Spotify on my car as usual (it is configured to automatically start playing the last opened playlist after establishing a Bluetooth connection).

When I opened the Spotify app on the connected device to see a thing, a popup appeared with the message: "myself" is listening on "this device", with the options "join session" or "take over the device".

Not only this message doesn't make sense (I'm the only user and the device is the same), but the popup is also annoying, so I'd like to know how to disable it in the future.
