Premium Duo

I signed up for premium duo, but can't seem to add my partner.

I had this issue (as the partner in my case, though) - how I was able to get on Duo was to download the app on my phone. Once that's on there, the link to join Duo should work properly.

For some reason, I guess it needs the app itself to authenticate the second account, so I assume having the program on PC might work as well if y'all are experiencing it there. Me and my partner's phones are both running Android though, so YMMV.

I have a premium with 6 users and cannot get my husband's to work.    I invited him after a long hospital stay and his i phone still has him as a free user.  Ugghhh.  I am ready to just cancel and take it all free with commercials.
