Question about Duo account

I Signed up for a Duo account and sent an invite to my daughter,,, when She logged in she put down my username and password!! She was supposed to create her own of course.... Now I cant change that and She is logged into my account! Please help,,, how do we sort this out??

Hi @LINCH,

 

You could choose the function 'Sign Out Everywhere', which basically enables you to sign out all account that are logged into your account. (Note: It takes up to 1 hour to take effect on Web Player). If that option still doesn't work, you could try to change your password, so that your daughter wouldn't be able to sign in again.

 

Steps to 'Sign Out Everywhere' [Note: The following steps apply to most devices.]:

 

  1. Enter Spotify. (App and Web Player are both fine.)
  2. Click your username on the top right of the screen. 
  3. When the dropdown menu is provided, click Account (it will bring you to a seperate webpage)
  4. When prompted, scroll down and read the instructions before clicking Sign Out Everywhere.
  5. Try checking if your daughter is still in your account.
