Very annoying autoplay

Hi, I recently decided to install Spotify again and pay for a sub. It was one of the biggest reasons I dropped the app.

For some annoying reason when I have headphones on that are connected to the phone and my computer and I stop what I am listening to on the computer my phone picks that up and starts playing the last music that was being played on spotify. Does anyone have a solution for this issue other than disconnect phone, turn off mobile data or uninstalling the app.
