Hello,

 

I have a premium account and when my son is playing a music in his car I can't play a different music I an another room. Please could you please help?

Sounds like you are using the same Premium account with your son. Let me explain what's happening and what you can do to mend that issue. 🙂

 

One Spotify account, Premium or not, is supposed to be used by one person. For that reason it will also stop playback on one device when the user hits play on another device they're logged in the same account with. By security it's the easiest way a user can figure out when someone else is using their account - they can immediately take action to secure their account.

 

Back to your issue - I strongly suggest you to have separate accounts. There are plans for multiple users under one price available - see available plans right here. 🙂 With separate accounts, you will no longer have to wait to have your turn!

I have a duo account so am I not supposed to hear another song even if my don is using it??
