13 credits missing

Hello,

This morning, a message in Spotify (Premium) show "13 credits expire in 5 days".

I try to buy a title, but this message appear (in french) : "unable to buy download for this moment" with a link "more info".

In the info page, a picture show a tip for buy a title (right-clic, ...) but this methode dont work. Same error message.

Now, the credits have disappeared...

What can I do ?

OK, I'm starting to understand how Spotify:

there is no support, I can just pay and play music, but if I have a problem ... there is nobody to answer.

Am I wrong?
