Account help needed please?

Hi there, a couple of months ago i signed up for spotify using my fathers debit card as i didnt have one at the time, unfortunately i have fotrgotten the email address and password i used at the time and my father is therefore still being charged. I have my own spotify account now and would like my fathers details removed. I have raised this issue via the contact form weeks ago.but with no response. Could a mod possibly pm me and i will give you my dads details to have removed.

Would you be able to provide the case number you got when you submitted a contact form (its in the automated email reply) and we can make sure that gets chased up for you asap.

I have passed that over to the Spotify staff to chase up for you, its the best I can do for you! 😉 

Someone should pick it up shortly, although some payment issues do need to go to a dedicated team who normally don't work weekends.
