Cancel Subscription fail

Hi

I want to cancel subscription but GUI seems to bug...

I have french interface so, below sentences might vary from english interfaces

I follow these steps:

- access www.spotify.be

- loggin using facebook: ok

- click on my name & account: ok

- click manage subscription & payment: ok

- I see subscription & credit card information

- click change payment method or credit card details: ok

- select (radio button):delete/cancel payment method & click the update/change button.

- back to the previous sreeen and subscription details still appears

I tried this method with Firefox and safari, same results...

Can you please help ?

That's strange - the cancellation doesn't appear to be getting registered on this end. 

One thing, can you try doing this through www.spotify.com rather than www.spotify.be - it shouldn't really make a difference (you'll get redirected) but that struck me as unusual.

If it still happens, could you get some screenshots for us?

Hey 🙂 

The system won't allow you to remove your card details if you still have an active subscription. 

You should be able to cancel your subscription from the cancellation page in your online profile.

thanks for your answer, indeed I still have a valid subscription. In parallel, I contacted the support and manually cancelled my subcription. Credit card details don't appear anymore on the screen
