Cannot Unsubscribe!

I got a 12 month free premium from my mobile account, so i have no need to pay for the subscription anymore.

But when i try to unsubscribe i get this message "Oops! Something went wrong, please try again or check out our help area"

It happens after i have to "verify" my facebook login.

I have tried using Chrome, Firefox and IE.

Hi, and welcome to the community!

I suggest you submit an online contact form; and someone at Spotify can cancel it for you.

If you get an automated reply; make sure to reply to it directly (even if it's from a no reply); and it will be sent to the Spotify staff.

Hi,

So this is what I was dealing with for the past hour just a minute ago. Then I switched from my PC to a Mac, and still used Chrome to log in, and it worked this time. So if I were you, I would just try another computer or internet browser. Best of luck!!
