Changing Bank Account for Premium Subscription

I am a Spotify Premium subscriber and am changing my bank current account. All direct debits have moved across from the old to the new account automatically, apart from the Spotify one. How can I change the bank details against the Spotify subscription?

Also, I note that the Account Overview shows that I am a Spotify Free subscriber which is incorrect as I am a Premium subscriber. Help please?!?

The best way to change details is to just unsibscribe with your current ones and resubscribe with your new details.

Would that not lose all my playlist information? Also I have just paid a month of premium subscription. Surely there is a way to keep the same subscription details and simply change the payment details.

Hi,

You wouldn't lose your playlist information. But now I think about it, you can change your payment details from your subscription page, and you shoudn't need to unsubscribe to do that.

Thanks for the suggestion. Looking at my SUbscription Page, it says that I currently have a Free Subscription, not a Premium one. So I am not really happy to change subscription details until Spotify sort this out. I've contacted Spotify Customer Services directly to ask them to do that. Thanks again for your help.
