Company subscription

What are the rules for using a spotify subscription in a company? It would be great to have a common access to spotify at my work.

Spotify accounts are licensed for personal usage only, so each person needs to have their own account. This is also the reason Spotify will only ever let you have one active streaming session for each login at any given time.

Yes, the Terms & Conditions state that Spotify is for personal, non-commercial use. BUT What about Spotify playlists, or even branded playlists? Is it ok to publish playlists on company homepage, FB timeline, or similar? Thank you for your quick answer!
