I created a Spotify account with the name xxx and email address xxx@xxx.xx. When everything was ready, and I tried to login it said that the username or password was incorrect. I tried, therefore, to reset the password and entered my username xxx, the response I received that there was no account with that name registered, and the same answer I got when I tried with my email address xxx@xxx.xx.
Then I thought that it was not registered, so I tried to redo, ie a new account. But then I got in response to both the username and email address were taken.
Then I tried to reset the password several times and finally I got an email with a link where I could reset my password. But when I click on it, I just goes to a page that says "it takes too long time, try again." And in the email, it says that it is also the name xxx I have, so it's taken by me.
What should I do? Have contacted support several times with no response.

Sam - The problem I have is that I can not log into my account so therefore I have borrowed my brother's account (smekis / bigboyy) to write in the forum.
The problem is with the user hestrahuusmafia ([edit - no emails]) and the problem is that I can not even log in anywhere. It seems that the account does not exist, even though I've been told in an email that I have created it.
I have tried to reset the password but if I click on the link to reset the password, I come to a website where it says
"Seems this took a while ...
You have been logged out for Security Reasons, please click the reset link in the email you recieved again to continue. "
And so it goes...

I know you guys have had this problem in the past but after looking at a few threads it appears that there's not much I can do on my end but a "reset" on your side maybe ?
When we try to log in under Baller3113@outlook.com it tells us that there is no account with that info. So when we try to sign up it tells us that that email is ready taken but it's my email account. Thanks for the help
