Error Code: 410

Until now I have payed for 2 Spotify Premium account's. I Stopped the premium on this account since it wasn't needed to have it on two accounts. 

But on my spotify premium account I got a Error code "410" and it says my account is disabled.

What's going on? 

The name of the account is ( Skoleting ) I would really like to know what's going on.

I am also having the same problem "The username or password is incorrect. Please check that your user details are correct: log out and log in to spotify again. (error code: 410)" I have tried resetting my password on FB and loging out and in again and am forced to make a new account on spotify to use the forums my email address is Dimpsyroll305@yahoo.com. Also when I try to log in with my Ipod it says i have changed or misspelled something and logs me out. Please help, thanks in advance!

I downloaded the latest edition of spotify and I have had nothing but problems since. I can´t log into my account and keep getting an error 410 code. When I could get in, it just kept hanging and I couldn´t play the songs I wanted. I really miss my music but am considering cancelling my account because of all the hassle. It is slowing down my whole system too.

Do you normally log in using Facebook? 

If so, try logging into the Facebook website, navigating to the "Music" tab on the left and clicking any Spotify link. That should hopefully launch the client with you already signed in.

hi, I have this problem of error 410. My Spotify account is Spotify free. He tells me that my username or password are incorrect and there is no way to reset my password. I want to change my password and re-entered my account

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
