Facebook connection

I used to have an account in the UK and used it for spotify.

Now i live in Germany and wanted to log in to that account. No problem this morning.

But just now i tried the same and it said the countrys don't match.
So logged in with Facebook, Spotify asked me if that old account is mine. I said yes and it connected the accounts.

Now i can't log in for any of the accounts because spotify says the country is wrong.

How can i use Spotify now without changing my payment details?
