Facebook disabled

My Facebook has been disabled and its linked to my spotify. I'm being charged and I can't reactivate it. Is there a contact number for customer services? Is it possible to use my email address and change to a spotify account?

Hi R51,

Please contact Customer Services at this link.  They will need your date of birth and postal/zipcode.  

If you cannot reactivate your Facebook account, your Spotify account will not work.  The CS team will be able to help you with creating a new account.  If you have a different email address that you can use, you can make a new account now.  If you do this, please make 1 playlist and star 1 track, and then tell the CS agent your new username.  They will then be able to move your details over.

If you wish to continue using the same email address, then the process is slightly longer.  The CS agent will help you with that.
