Forgot about my payment

Hello everyone. Today I went onto my spotify account to cancel it thinking that my payment was tomorrow and realised it was today. i was wondering if I'd be able to get a refund because I didn't realise. I have sent in a question/query requesting a refund but for now I thought i'd check on here as well.

If you have got in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and they are the best people to assist you with this 😉 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

hi, thank you for your reply. I got back a very quick response from the customer service department and because i contacted them so quickly they have refunded my payment.
