Giftcard code invalid

hi, i bought a giftcard for my girlfriend for 1 month but i later noticed that since i bought the giftcard in norway she couldnt use it in sweden, since she lives there. I read somewhere that as long spotify is available in that country all fidt cards would work. Is there a way i could maybe convert it so it works in sweden, would be really nice 🙂

Unfortunately, gift and eCards can only be redeemed in the country in which they where purchased. 

If you get in touch with the customer services team directly using the online contact form and ask them very very nicely they might be able to help you out though. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.
