Issue with Spotify premium

I cannot play any playlist as it is showing me that I am in Spotify free whereas I have a Premium account???? I have the premium account since a while, and I moved to US 4 months ago and it stops to work since today....

Looks like there were some payment problems in your account. To get Premium up and running again, you'll need to resubscribe. Just head here to do so... www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Sam, I have an ongoing issue is there a better way to contact? When I use the site the response takes 3 days and is not helpful.
