Multiple problems after update

Multiple problems after update

Hello,

 

After the last update i have encountered multiple problems. For one, I have a Spotify premium account and now it says i have spotify free?! I cant seem to sort this out. Also, all my playlists have been deleted. And lastly, why cant i find an option to mail spotify directly with any problems i am having. I am a paying customer after all.

 

Anyone else having these problems? Or does anyone have a solution?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

It sounds to me like you have accidentally logged into a duplicate account, that is normally what has happened when your subscription and playlists have dissappeared. Have a read at this topic which might help you get back into you account.
