Need password reset help

I have been trying to reset my main account but can't get the reset email to come through. I've tried turning off every filter and firewall that I have with no luck. Can you assist?

If you have a ticket open, then just wait for someone to reply. If an automated response directed you to the community, just reply to it directly and it'll go through to the team 🙂
