Hi there.. 

 

I just got a giftcard from a friend. 100 Sek. I tryed to redeem it and i get to the point where i get promted to type the pin-code down. After i push the redeem button and my webpage turns blank. Nothing happends. If I refresh i get back to where it wants my code again.

 

I know it's case sensitive, i know it a giftcard etc etc.

 

Any ideas?

Just bought a 10euro card and i can't valitate it i get an error. It says that the code is not good.

I have exactely the same problem, and when i emailed support the just Said that i should go here and try to find some answers. So,. Yep, Fun!

And what i am suppposed to do?

If auto-answer, just ignore it and answer with your question.

Hey this is strange.

 

However I popped message to Customer service if they can comemnt what all of you should do now.

 

However I think they are looking to it for you.

 

Can please all of you use contact form as Spotify need to take a look at your gift cards more closely to solve this.

 

Also mods may be able to provide more help with this, so watch this space too.

I have bought the premium card online. When I clicked on the link that was on the card didn't show any code and just

asked me to type it .

Is there a solution to this?

@aracellyjavier - Try copy and pasting the link into your browser rather than clicking on it from the email.

If you look at the link closely, the code should be in the URL too.

I saw the code !

Now I only have one preoblem left. 

 

I bought a card (at a store) and the number fell off and I wasn't able to read it.

 I wrote to spotify and they haven't answered yet. 😞

Does anyone know how to get in touch with somebody to help me?

I don't want to lose my money 😞
