No message after redeeming code

Hi there.. 

I just got a giftcard from a friend. 100 Sek. I tryed to redeem it and i get to the point where i get promted to type the pin-code down. After i push the redeem button and my webpage turns blank. Nothing happends. If I refresh i get back to where it wants my code again.

I know it's case sensitive, i know it a giftcard etc etc.

Any ideas?

Thanks for replying. 

They asked me for a picture of the ticket and the card last  Friday. I sent the pictures on Sunday , but after that there has been no reply.

The case is 01904387
