My offline access has been withdrawn even though I only have Spotify installed on 3 devices!!... I've had a lot of trouble with offline access and playlists gone missing and having to sync them again... Spotify, what is happening??
I know that this support forum is not run by Spotify but I hope someone from their team will see this and get back to me asap. I've had my Premium subscription for abt a year, it's never been syncing smoothly on mobile, old playlists with 0 songs turns up, but no new ones... and now this. 😞

I just recieved this error, I have spotify on my phone, an acer icona tab and my computer. I recently had to redo my phone, and i might have to redo my phone yet again. can you reset my stuffs? or is there something else i need to do?

I have the same problem, im using spotify on my HTC, laptop and both my sister uses my spotify acc offline on their phones.
If i only need to re-sync after the reset then it'd be azum if you could fix that 😛

I'm about to get a heartattack. Spotify has been giving me a bunch of error messages lately :
Could not synchronize playlists. Retrying...
Failed to enable Spotify social
and; There was an error communicating with Spotify. SOme tracks coudnt be made available offline on my mobile devices, impossible to download offline playlists.
So I decided to follow the processs of deleting the library cache etc and re installing spotify. Now all my playlists are deleted!!!!!!
How can I restore them>????? I still have them on my Iphone/Ipad
