@114430782 - Be sure to check your spam/junk folders, since those emails often get stuck in those. If you are still having issues, get in touch here and a member of the Spotify team will be able to assist you further with recovering your account. 

If you get an automated email reply back directing you to the community or help pages, you need to reply directly to that email (even if its from no-reply) and one of the customer services agents will get back to you as soon as possible.

Just going to hide that email address in your post, purely to prevent you from getting spammed since these are public forums!
