Hello, @arashershad! Wouldn't it be simplier for you to just cancel your subscription on this page and then resubscribe when the time comes?

You could always try to get in touch with the customer services team using the online contact form and they should be able to get this sorted out for you. Please note that if you decide to do this you may end up with two charges in close proxiimity to one another or a period without access to premium depending on the date you want to upgrade again. If you get an automated reply directing you back to the community or to the help pages, make sure to reply to it directly.

I've just done what you suggested, but my next payment date is on october 19th, not today (september 30th). So I've just written to the Customer Service to see if they can do something manually.

I'll keep you informed.
