My premium is down due to changing of my banks and am awaiting a new card. If I start billing on my phone bill and enter my number, will I still be able to access premium on all of my devices?

Hi, and welcome to the community!

 

Yes you should be able to access it everywhere. When you purchase premium, it will be there when you log in on any device anywhere.
