Pin through mobile carrier

My premium account is down and can't pay through a card, if I pay through my mobile bill and phone number, will that pin or whatever link to all of my devices, not just my phone?

Does Spotify have a system for payments through mobile network? I didn't think they did.

If it gives you a code to link to your account, then as it is linked to your account it will be for all devices of the account.
