Payment Error with subscription

Payment Error with subscription

The monthly subscription does not work for me. Every month I have to enter my credit card details again. The first transaction works without any problems, but when it comes to the second one for the next month (subscription) it just fails. 

 

It is getting really annoying to reenter and reactivate my unlimited account Every month. I already looked at the requirements page for the transaction and everything seems to be alright. How can I fix this issue?

Hey! Welcome to the community 🙂 

 

I would reach out and get in touch with your bank and see if they can give you anymore details. The most likely cause is that your bank is rejecting the payment for security reasons.
