Payment failure

I keep getting the same mail on my e-mail saying; 

 

Dear Customer,

We've tried a number of times but have been unable to renew your Spotify subscription. As of today, you'll start to hear ads and, if you had a Premium subscription, you'll lose access to Spotify on your mobile phone.

But the funniest thing is that it has been going on for months now, four times to be exact, and it is kind of annoying that I have to do it all over again. Even doe it says that I have to log out and then in again, it still doesn't work. And my card won't expired until 2015.

I still think that it would be better if it worked until I cancel the payment myself, instead of Spotify doing it each month.

And now my school starts and I have to sit on a bus for 2 hours and I always have Spotify on to relax myself, but now it will be a 2 hours of pain in the arse.. sorry but, HELP!!

Hey 🙂 

 

Have you tried contacting your bank or card issuer? 

It sounds like they are blocking the recurring payment from Spotify, which is why you can pay the first month but then the payments system is unable to take payment automatically when the next month is due.
