Hey..

1 month ago, i downloaded the free premium, from spotify, without knowing that i would recharge after a month.. i just saw it today that the payment was completed, i know there's not much i can do to cancel the payment, but how do i turn the auto payment off??

You can cancel your subscription from here: https://www.spotify.com/account/subscription/

Once your subscription is cancelled, no further payments will be taken.

Hi!

 

I signed up for a 30 days premium trial before Choristmas and cancelled two weeks after it cause it didn't work. It still doesn't but you keep charging me! stop it! There are no card numbers or any other payment info in my profile yet somehow you like to charge without providing a sevice. What the heck is that about?! 

And to add, there's no contact number, just this stupid message board where I have to find the right topic and chain to present my problem in public. Couldn't you find a way do it any harder?
